Shipping & Delivery: During the checkout process, you will be offered one or more available shipping carrier options. Please note that all packages will be shipped during our regular business hours. If you happen to place an order during weekends, holidays or when we're closed, your package will ship the next business day pending availability of the products you have ordered.

Returns & Replacements: We provide a 32-day satisfaction guarantee on items purchased from ThatGrin LLC. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please click on the Orders and Returns button located at the bottom of the home page and request a RMA number. Upon receipt of your returned item, if it is determined that there is not obvious physical damage to the products of an opened package being returned as the result of misuse, abuse or otherwise and that no original parts are missing from the kits, a full refund will be issued within 7-10 business days from receipt of returned goods. If it is determined that an item was damaged (ie. blemishes, bent materials, stripped screw threads, etc.) or that one or more of the materials included with the item are missing, a determination will be made as to the value of the items affected and a partial refund will be considered. Excluded from the exclusions stated herein is any packaging materials or minor literature included with the purchase.

We use SSL connections to help protect your personal information. Please make sure the URL shows a secure connection (ie. https://) before providing your information.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Forms of acceptable payment will be displayed as available payment options during the checkout process. We do not ship items COD and all purchases must be paid for using a valid credit card or other qualified form of payment prior to shipping. When making a purchase, the product pricing display at the time the purchase is made is valid for that particular transaction. Should you find the same item displayed on our website and advertised for a lower cost than you paid on our website, we offer a 30-day price guarantee. This price guarantee only applies to purchases made directly from ThatGrin.com and pricing displayed on ThatGrin.com website and subdirectories and does NOT apply to third party vendors.
Viewing Orders: We recommend that you create an account when placing your first order with ThatGrin.com. Here, you will be given the opportunity to view specific details of your pending and past orders. At points throughout the ordering process, you will also find opportunities to download or display copies of orders and invoices. You may also contact Customer Service to request a copy of an invoice.
Updating Account Information: It is important to us that we provide you with the best possible customer service experience. In order to do that, however, we ask that you please double check to make sure your account information is correct and up to date.
